MASAYA
Masaya is a French artist born in 1960. Coming from a family of artists, the paths of creation naturally presented themselves to him. He began by studying fashion design and drawing. His profession led him to travel the world, allowing him to discover different cities, atmospheres, and collect numerous visuals that he uses to express his art.
He combines classical painting with printing techniques derived from the latest technologies to create magical and colorful universes. He blends acrylic paints, metallic and iridescent effect resins, photographs, and graphic creations.
His Neo Pop Art interpretation of cities plays with the fusion of contemporary cities, incorporating symbols from the society spanning the 1960s to the present day. Through his work with transparencies, relief effects, palette knife strokes, metallic particles, glass, and mirrors, Masaya turns his paintings into unique creations.
